- 1 tsp maple syrup/honey/sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)

Flavour options:
Chocolate peanut butter:
- mix in a tbsp of nut butter and a tbsp of cacao powder
Fruit of your choice
- add 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries or blueberries or banana or strawberries to the milk in a blender and blend
- then add the milk blended with the fruit to the jar with the chia seeds
Directions:
- Add the ingredients to a jar.
- Shake or mix with a spoon to ensure everything is mixed well.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning give the chia seed pudding another stir and top with anything else you wish like frozen/fresh fruit or nuts like pecans and walnuts. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and/or maple syrup flakes if you would like!
