  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/honey/sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)

Chocolate peanut butter:
  • mix in a tbsp of nut butter and a tbsp of cacao powder
Fruit of your choice
  • add 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries or blueberries or banana or strawberries to the milk in a blender and blend
  • then add the milk blended with the fruit to the jar with the chia seeds
Directions:
  1. Add the ingredients to a jar.
  2. Shake or mix with a spoon to ensure everything is mixed well.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning give the chia seed pudding another stir and top with anything else you wish like frozen/fresh fruit or nuts like pecans and walnuts. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and/or maple syrup flakes if you would like!
