Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (plant-based/regular milk/lactose-free milk)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • splash of maple syrup/sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • (Feel free to customize it to your liking)
Directions:
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Enjoy your smoothie!
