Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (plant-based/regular milk/lactose-free milk)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
- splash of maple syrup/sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- (Feel free to customize it to your liking)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Enjoy your smoothie!
